The securisport is a system for determining friction characteristics of floor surfaces and shoe materials. The system is able to detect large variations of measurement conditions:

Besides normal force, tangential force and velocity, securisport also measures the temperature of the sliding object - making it possible to examine possible skin burns in case a player falls to the ground.
